Arbitration
Arbitration involves an impartial third party responsible for collecting facts, weighting evidence and arriving at an appropriate decision given all the circumstances and evidential facts.
A third person, the Arbitrator, is entrusted to make a final decision for the parties in the dispute.
Arbitrators must complete the 40 hours of training to qualify for appointment as a court-appointed Arbitrator to satisfy all the requirements of the State.
